Shipping within Australia
We offer shipping services through trusted providers such as Australia Post, Couriers Please, and DHL. Our priority is to provide you with the most cost-effective shipping option available. For standard delivery, you can typically expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days, although delivery to regional or rural areas may take a bit longer. Please note that orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after payment is received, during business hours from Monday to Friday. However, it's important to keep in mind that these delivery times are estimates, and any potential postal delays caused by the shipping providers are beyond our control once your package is dispatched. All of our packages are sent with a tracking number. Rest assured, we strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery process for your order.

International shipping
For all international orders, we utilise trusted shipping providers such as Australia Post and DHL. The delivery times for these orders may vary and are dependent on factors such as customs clearance, the destination country, and the efficiency of local postal services. While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, please note that these variables can affect the overall shipping time. Please note, each country has its own inspection policy at the customers boarder and all of our packages are sent with a tracking number. Rest assured, we work diligently to minimise any delays and provide you with the best possible shipping experience for your international order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our return policy ensures customer satisfaction and transparency. We accept returns for costumes that have been shipped back within 3 days of the received date. To be eligible for a refund, the costume must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Returns must be free of damage and must remain in brand new condition. Upon receiving the returned item, we will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure that it meets our standards. Once the inspection is complete and the costume is deemed to be in its original condition, a full refund will be issued.
We value the trust our customers place in us and strive to provide a fair and efficient return process. Please note that shipping charges incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.
